Prologue

Welcome to the wiki pages of my Master's Thesis about ePassport and the porting of them to modern day mobile devices. This is not the final paper, but rather a collection of notes, nice to knows, and other information that I have gathered during my research.

The wiki is divided into several sections, each with their own purpose. The wiki may use code snippets, images, and other media to help explain the content. The wiki is written in Markdown, and is generated using VitePress. Texts, images and code snippets may have been generated by generative artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or others.

All source code related to the project is available on GitHub. During the project, the repository will not be publicly available, but will be made public after the project is finished.
